The 84^th National FOCA Convention was held at the Weston Convention Center Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from September 2, to September 6, 2010.  Four members of our local chapter attended the sessions and joined in the activities that were planned.  During one of the sessions, Metropolitan  Jonah spoke to the convention body.  He urged the continued efforts of the club on behalf of the church and asked that they plan the events for the junior participants that are expected to attend the coming All-American Council that will meet in Seattle next year.  Of the many projects currently active, most important at this time is support for the married student housing project at St. Tikhon’s Seminary.  Donations toward this extremely important project are welcomed.  Pictures of the event are shown here.
