Help Wanted.......
The position of Church custodian is available. This is a salaried position. For more information on the work involved and compensation, please contact Greg Cahayla at the church, or Nicholas Kovalycsik. It is desired that the position be filled from our church membership, however, as time goes by, it is becoming more evident that the position may have to be filled by an outside professional cleaning firm. If you are interested, please let us know soon.

They are interested in knowing the names of the people in the pictures. Many of you will know them. Just click on the mail box at the bottom of the page and send them the names you know. Enjoy!

Why Do Orthodox Christians Pray?
Holy Assumption Orthodox Church in Clifton presented a “Maslenitsa” recently. This was their third annual pre-lenten celebration. Over 200 people, some from as far away as Pennsylvania, came to enjoy the wonderful food and music. It closed with everyone waving flags and singing “God Bless America.”
