Commanders of the heavenly hosts, we who are unworthy beseech you, by your prayers encompass us beneath the wings of your immaterial glory, and faithfully preserve us who fall down and cry to you:  “Deliver us from all harm, for you are the commanders of the powers on high!”

Commanders of God’s armies and ministers of the divine glory,  princes of the bodiless angels and guides of mankind, ask for what is good for us, and for great mercy, supreme commanders of the Bodiless Hosts.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law. (Gal 5:22-23)

I will give thanks to Thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will make all Thy wonders known.  (Psalm 111)

O Heavenly King, the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, Who art everywhere, and fillest all things, Treasury of blessings, and Giver of life, come, and abide in us, and cleanse us from every impurity; and save our souls, O Good One.

As you are a living Temple of God, let no impure hand touch you, O Theotokos!  But let the lips of all believers sing, constantly magnifying you in joy with the angels salutation!  Truly you are above all creatures, O Pure One!

Thanksgiving Day - O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever!  (1 Chron 16:34)

If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.  Let us have no self-conceit, no provoking of one another, no envy of one another.   (Gal 5:25-26)
