Heavenly Father, Physician of our souls and bodies, Who has sent Your only begotten Son to heal every sickness and infirmity, visit us and heal us, Your servants, from all physical and spiritual ailments through the grace of Your Son Jesus Christ. Amen

Saturday October 23 - Memorial Saturday (Greatmartyr Demetrius) - Pray for all those who have fallen asleep in the Lord.  "With the souls of the Righteous departed, give rest to the soul(s) of Thy servants(s) O Saviour; preserving it/them in the blessed life which is with Thee, who lovest mankind"  (Troparia Tone 4)

And He took them and withdrew apart to a city called Beth-sa'ida. When the crowds learned it, they followed Him; and He welcomed them and spoke to them of the kingdom of God, and cured those who had need of healing. (Luke 9:10-12)

Our soul waits for the LORD ; He is our help and shield. Yea, our heart is glad in Him, because we trust in His holy name. Let thy steadfast love, O LORD , be upon us, even as we hope in Thee. (Ps 33:20-22)
