March has been a busy month here at St. John’s. On March 3, we had a baptism, little Jonas James Czech became a member of our church. On March 11 we placed the Precious Cross in the center of the church. We solemnly bowed down and sang “Before Thy Cross, we bow down in worship, O Master, and Thy Holy Resurrection, we glorify.” Later we gathered in the church hall and together sang “Many Years” to Father who on this date ten years ago became a deacon of the church. O Lord, save Thy people, and bless Thine inheritance.
“And the angel said to them, "Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which will come to all the people; for to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. (Luke 2:10-12)
