"This is the day which the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it.....  Christ is risen from the dead, trampling down death by death, and upon those in the tombs bestowing life."  The resurrection of Christ, being the center of the Christian faith, is the basis of the Church's liturgical life and the true model for all celebration.  The pictures below show the path to our celebration of this "Feast of Feasts."
