"And she brought forth her firstborn Son,and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn."   (Luke 2:6-7)     So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:  "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call his name Immanuel,"  which is translated, "God with us."  (Matthew 22-23)   And he called His name Jesus.   (Matthew 1:25)


When You, O Lord were baptized in the Jordan,

The worship of the Trinity was made manifest

For the voice of the Father bore witness to You

And called You His beloved Son.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise!

Confession is available after any Vesper service and before Divine Liturgy by appointment. General Confession will be on Saturday, September 5 following Vespers. Start the Church New Year by coming back to Church.

Come through these doors and join us in beginning a new church year together with our family and friends. It is time to see where we are headed and what some of our goals are. St. Paul the Apostle speaks to all of us: "Salvation is nearer to us now then when we first believed; the night is far gone, the day is at hand." (Romans 13:11-12)
