Welcome to our Church

I will wash my hands in innocence; so I will go about Your altar, O Lord,

that I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving,

and tell of all Your wondrous works.

Lord, I have loved the habitation of Your house,

and the place where Your glory dwells.

Psalm 26:6-8

Welcome to our Church

"And she brought forth her firstborn Son,and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn."   (Luke 2:6-7)     So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:  "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call his name Immanuel,"  which is translated, "God with us."  (Matthew 22-23)   And he called His name Jesus.   (Matthew 1:25)

When You, O Lord were baptized in the Jordan,

The worship of the Trinity was made manifest

For the voice of the Father bore witness to You

And called You His beloved Son.

Welcome to our Church

Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise!

Give thanks to Him, bless His name!

For the LORD is good; His steadfast love endures forever,

and His faithfulness to all generations.

Psalm 100: 4-5

Welcome to our Church

O magnify the LORD with me,

and let us exalt His name together!

Psalm 34:3

Welcome to our Church

Praise the LORD!

Praise Him with sounding cymbals; praise Him with loud clashing cymbals!

Let everything that breathes praise the LORD!

Praise the LORD!

Psalm 150:5-6

Welcome to our Church

And all who believed were together

and had all things in common;

Acts 2:44

Welcome to our Church

Be still, and know that I am God.

Psalm 46:10

Forgiveness Sunday at St. John's......
St. Paul tells in the Epistle to the Ephesians: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you.” (Eph 4:32) St. Paul again reminds us in the Epistle to the Colossians: “Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” (Col 3:13)
